Yaar and believe me yaar illiteracy has a lot to do with it ... europe mein they have free graduation and schools ... some countries were on the verge of bankrptcy because of all this free education and stuff but later it all paid off and until and unless education is made compulsory things would not be seen in a wider perspective ... may be I am one of those idiots who just watch and wait for things to happen rather than do something ...I am not feeling good after having written this post ...<BR/><BR/>ShabboAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
